Each order (gift or otherwise) arrives with the upmost attention paid to its packaging. You will find your item wrapped fashionably secure!

Use it, display it, take it to show-and-tell, snap a photo to share on Instagram… and as a general rule of thumb, hand-made = hand-wash. Dishwashers are mysterious cleaning machines with high-pressure water jets and high-temperature water. These extremes don’t go well with handmade items. Light microwaving is ok, but again, ceramics aren’t immortal.

I review custom requests on a case-by-case basis. If it is a form I have created before, but you'd like a design I've used on another piece just let me know (for example, you love the design on a plate, but want it on a mug).

Typically custom orders take 8 weeks from start to shipping date.

For shipping, each item has a box size and weight associated with it. Etsy does a great job combining multiple pieces into one order and calculating the shipping cost for your location.

Occasionally, but not often, shipping can be off based on the Etsy calculation. In this case, I will refund shipping overages. This is typically $1-$3, but is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to send me a message if you have questions!

As a one-person-business, I do my best to balance creating quality products with photographing and listing each piece. Each piece is a labor of love, time, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Work is often created in multiples of the same design and one of the series is photographed.
